How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 days in advance to ensure availability. For customized cakes, a lead time of 7 days is preferred.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for a selection of our standard cakes and pastries if the order is placed before 12:00 PM local time.

Are your cakes suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

We offer a variety of options including eggless, low-sugar, and alcohol-free cakes. Please check the product descriptions for specific allergen information.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders above $100. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all residential addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

How should I store my cake to keep it fresh?

Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated at all times and are best consumed within 2-3 days. For durian-based cakes, we recommend consumption within 24 hours for the best taste.
